Here in the PNW, we have a small network of schools owned by Coach Greg Jones in Tacoma, Renton, Marysville with special programming outside of the Gracie Barra curriculum including BANG Muay Thai, Fit + Fierce weight loss, and even nutrition coaching.

We offer classes six days a week for kids, teens, and adults of any skill level including beginners all the way to competitive fighters. Our certified instructors are dedicated to helping you learn, discover new limits, and improve both your physical and mental health while receiving support from our tight-knit community.
